EHJewels is a joint venture between Elizabeth Henderson, who has been designing bespoke jewellery for several years, and Octisage, an internet marketing company. This enables EHJewels to combining modern marketing methods with a unique eye for fine jewellery. EHJewels does not have a retail shop. The joint venture is designed exclusively to be an online enterprise specifically to minimise our cost base and so maximise value to our customers.

RETURNS POLICY: We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return your item, please contact us and we will make every effort to come to a satisfactory arrangement. Returns will not be accepted if you simply change your mind or did not read the listing specifics properly. Items returned MUST be unworn, and in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt for full item refund less return costs of postage, packaging and any customs duties. We do not charge restocking fees. All return costs of shipping, handling and any customs charges (where applicable) will not be reimbursed.
